  • Oversee management of external telemarketing, response processing, and canvassing vendors as it relates to data management services. Set priorities and standards to ensure that all contributions and donor data is deposited and processed with adherence to internal guidelines and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with fundraising and financial departments to maintain accuracy of record keeping, ensure cash flow, and protect database integrity necessary for optimal department performance.

  • Provides strategic insights and best practices recommendations on system operation, data collection and delivery. Develop and streamline business processes and makes recommendations to optimize resources and guarantee data integrity.

  • Design and implement operating systems and procedures to meet all Development Operations needs especially during initial transition to new Salesforce NGO Connect donor database.
